“House was really pretty. Unfortunately the tenant was home and after calling the landlord, we determined the whole rental was a scam. Neither Vrbo nor I could contact the "host." I had to book a hotel room for $300/night at the very last second... 4 hours after I shouldn't checked-in, but Vrbo insisted that I give it a little more time.”

“House is clean, cozy and comfortable. Great location in Little Rock and all the places we wanted to go were easy to get to. Becca is a terrific host and was extremely accommodating when I made a mistake on the booking dates. Would highly recommend and will look for one of Becca's listings the next time I'm in the city. ”

“It was a very nice property on a small lake with a beautiful view. It was nice to look out at the lake while having our meals in the dinning room. The kitchen was large and well stocked with the necessary tools to cook our meals. My only complaint was the bed pillows were quit hard. I would definitely book this property again.”

“If I could give more stars I would! Beyond amazing! Cleaner than our house and we are super clean people! Haha! It had anything that we needed.The couple was so sweet and welcoming!!! So quiet, beds were comfy, and I loved the bathtub!! I told the husband we will be going back! Their were some horse flies buzzing around in the evening. That's common in the summer, we have them at our house too. We just used the bug spray. The animals were so precious and funny. They are all rescues……

“My daughter wanted to swim and be around family and friends for her 22nd birthday. This house was amazing and well stocked in all areas. Especially the kitchen. The pool was great, loved the outdoor bathroom and the covered porch was also nice to escape the sun. Plenty of seating inside and out. Outdoor lights and karaoke machine were a nice touch. Did note the barbecue grill so i can cook there next visit..They thought of everything. We loved our stay so much we want to go back asap! Also……

“My family stayed here because we wanted to be close to downtown for a very short stop thru Arkansas. The unit was clean and decorated so cute. The only minor thing was I packed heavy, so i wish i would have known about the stairs leading up to the room, and i would have had a smaller over night bag to bring up to the unit. Overall, great experience. ”
