Tranquil Fisherman's Cottage a Minute From The Beach with free reserved parking

Sandpipers is a 150 year old ex-fisherman's cottage ideally situated in the heart of East Looe. It is arranged over 3 floors, set in a quiet traffic free lane and only metres from Looe's sandy beach, picturesque working fishing harbour and bustling promenade, with all the town's facilities on your doorstep. Sandpipers has been extensively refurbished, including a new kitchen and wet room, whilst keeping it’s original character. It has extensive living space within as well as outside seating on a planted, open courtyard and benefits from a free reserved parking space in the Millpool carpark nearby.
The stairs are a little steep, as are all ex-fishermans cottages in Looe, but may not suit less mobile guests.

Lovely Looe
We have been visiting Looe for many years now, normally staying in statics, first time renting a cottage, cottage is beautiful and perfectly located for the beach and town, parking easy to access, the only issue we had was the 'double bed' it is actually only a 3/4 bed which may be a problem for some people, it would be useful to know this when booking, however the cottage is lovely and we had a lovely break so thank you 3/4 bed so may be a you for a lostay

Very good cottage in a great location
This was a brilliant little cottage right in the middle of Looe. Offloading and loading the car was no problem as you could pull up very close. The designated parking is a little distance away but that gave us no problems. The cottage had everything we needed for a relaxing stay and i was close to the restaurants and bars. Great place to stay.

Schönes Fischerhaus mitten in Looe
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Pete´s Fischerhaus mitten in Looe. Die Lage ist wirklich Top! Sehr idyllisch mit vielen engen Gassen. Der Strand ist weitläufig und sehr schnell zu erreichen. Am Hafen hatten wir jeden Abend sehr viel Spaß beim Krabben fischen :-) Es gibt sehr viele Möwen, die wir aber nicht als störend empfunden haben. Wir hatten ein Mietauto, der Stellplatz, welcher zum Haus gehört, war etwas außerhalb, aber schnell zu erreichen. Auch die Kommunikation mit Pete war einwandfrei. Wir empfehlen Pete´s Fischerhaus gerne weiter :)

Gorgeous cottage in a beautiful village
Sandpipers is a beautiful place to stay. It was neat and clean and had everything we needed. It is over 3 levels and the stairs are quite steep. The cottage is very central in the village. Peter sent clear instructions re getting the key and arranged a parking spot for the car. It was about 5-20 mins walk to the parking area.Looe is a very quaint fishing village with lots of interesting shops and a beautiful little harbour. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Sweet Sandpipers Cottage
Our stay at Sandpipers Cottage in Looe was excellent. Peter the Host is excellent to chat with, he answered all our questions. It is a cute 3 story cottage in a perfect location to explore Looe and all of Cornwall, with great Bus, Train connections. We walked along the South West Coastal Trail to neighbouring villages. Many shops and grocery stores nearby and 5 cake/pie shops. We cooked in the cottage with a fully equipped kitchen. But also eat out at wonderful restaurants and pubs. Happy place
Looe is my happy place. The cottage was a standard fisherman's cottage and was clean, well kept and had all the things you need. Only down side is the stairs which even for able bodied people are difficult at times (carrying cups of tea) however that was advised so it is still a 5/5 from us.
