“This small house has lovely views over Looe and is a good base for exploring the area. The house though wouldn’t suit everyone. Access to the house is via a steep narrow staircase. The main bed is comfortable. The bunk though would probably only suit children. Certainly it would not suit someone who is heavy or tall. The house is quite well kitted out but anyone staying for any length of time would likely need to buy things like shampoo and soap. All we got were three small sachets for three……

“We had a lovely time in Polperro and the house is exactly as pictured - gorgeous harbour views! Immaculately clean, comfy beds, great shower and all you could need in the kitchen. Very easy to check in and Jonathan is excellent to communicate with. ”

“Fantastic property, close to beach and shops. Super clean very well equipped. Stairs need to be looked at possibly a small safety barrier barrier ”

The house itself is incredibly spacious, with plenty of room for the kids to play and relax. The master bedroom is stunning. We especially loved how easy it was to access the sea, the beach, and the coastal path – perfect for morning swims and scenic walks. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking to unwind by the coast in comfort. ”

“Good location amazing views of Quay and out to sea. Good base for easy walk into town etc, access definately better for older childen and those with no mobility issues as steep narrow external staircase as advised by owner. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at Keith's property in Millendreath. On check in on Friday we were really impressed with the location and quality. Keith checked in with us (he was there on holiday too) and ensured everything was perfect. We used the property as a base and was out throughout the days in Truro, Eden Project and Newquay and it was lovely to come back to. Beach is 2 mins walk and the beach shack was great to eat and drink at.”
