“House is ideal for large groups. In addition to wonderful pool and hot tub there are several large seating areas where everyone can gather. In evening there ‘s an outdoor fireplace with seating for 10…pretty magical! House is at end of a quiet street and has very nice landscaping. Furnishings are chateau-like with many luxurious finishes. Walking trail to Hudson River available. “Overall experience is good”

“Stayed over Labor Day weekend for Dromfest, a small local music festival. House was cute, spotlessly clean, and check in was easy. Bed was comfortable, water pressure was great. Kitchen was stocked with everything you would expect. Walking distance down the hill to Main Street. We will be back!”

“As soon as we pulled into the drive way my truck blew its water pump. Steven the owner of the property was amazing took my husband 3 times to town to get what he need to fix my truck. Room was very clean, quiet, we had a wonderful vacation inspite of my truck, because the owners were so kind, generous people.”

The owner was incredibly responsive to all requests and inquiries before and during the stay. They had the minor things that I have had to purchase or go without when I've been at other VRBO houses (scissors, salt, cinnamon, bandaids, etc). All minor things, but it made our stay very convenient. We took the kayaks out, spent a bunch of time in the hot tub, grilled out, and toasted a million……

“Absolutely beautiful property. Elizabeth is an amazing host. She goes way above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. ”

“Just as advertised. Lovely home with comfortable living areas and bedrooms. Great location to explore the area. We had our small dog with us which was a bonus. We took advantage of the fire pit and made s’mores; the house had everything we needed already supplied. It’s on a busy road but set back so there was no noise and it was very safe. Highly recommended.”

“The property appeared rundown from the outside; however, the first floor appeared well furnished and clean. The back sliding door net screen needs to be replaced. But again, overall, it was a great stay! ”
