“Definitely the premier property in town. The rooms are incredibly spacious and air conditioning is excellent. The pool is large and comfortable. We didn't realize this was an all inclusive when we booked so that was an added advantage as well. The staff were incredibly helpful as I had to navigate a luggage issue. We highly recommend this as the premiere option in Leticia.”

“It’s a pretty decent hotel, but there are some things that could be improved for example; having safes in the rooms as well as WiFi available in the room. WiFi only works at the lobby and common areas and we have to ask front desk for a password that expires. There’s no elevator so we have to carry our luggages upstairs, in my case on the third floor and I was already super tired so having someone there to help with the luggages for tips would be nice. “The staff here is extremely welcoming and helpful. The outdoor bar and pool area is a great place to relax. The breakfast had so many options. I stayed in an economy room, and while I was grateful for the AC, it did tend to leak and create a puddle, so dont leave any valuables under the unit. To be nit-picky, I found the location of the toilet in this particular room a little comical as it faced a wall that made it so odd to sit down and the noise from the street was often loud. “The staff was great and the property was well kept. Our room was near the street which was very loud at different times of night. The WiFi in the room was very weak, could not stream a movie on the television. Matcha the hotel dog is a great companion, very friendly and happy. Overall good experience.”
