Ideally located along the iconic Great Ocean Road within the Cumberland Resort in Lorne, A107 is a non smoking, self contained, pet friendly and wheelchair friendly two bedroom apartment with discrete mobility friendly aids throughout. It is ideal for families with small children as well as those who require some extra assistance. With an amazing large balcony which looks over Louttit Bay, you can relax and enjoy brekkie, coffee or a drink at the end of the day while watching the world go by.
Guests are welcome to use all of the resorts facilities, indoor swimming pool, gym, sauna, tennis and squash courts, games room, gardens and BBQ area. All of Lorne’s attractions are only a short walk, Main Beach, shops, restaurants, bars and cafes.
The apartment is close to a golf course and on the waterfront. Lorne Surf Life Saving Club and Live Wire Park are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Great Otway National Park and Lily Pond Bushland Reserve. Traveling with kids? Consider Lorne Sea Baths and Eagle Rock Marine Sanctuary. Discover the area's water adventures with surfing/body boarding and fishing nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with cycling and hiking/biking trails.
All linen and towels are provided, along with basic kitchen, bathroom and laundry supplies to get your holiday off to the best start!
The compact well equipped kitchen comes with a microwave, a full sized fridge, stove top, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. The adjoining living room has a lounge suit, dining table and chairs, TV and apple box, and to add a bit of luxury, its own Nespresso Machine.
The main bedroom has a queen bed, wall mounted TV, panel heater, and ceiling fan. The second bedroom is off the living area with a double bed, ceiling fan and a chest of drawers.
The bathroom has a large walk in shower and is fitted with discreet hand/grab rails to give extra assistance to those who require it. There is a laundry area with washing machine, dryer and laundry trough in the bathroom.
The extended balcony, 18 sq meters, with a Weber Barbecue, is the perfect excuse to enjoy a beer and a burger overlooking the ocean and the beautiful grounds of the complex without ever leaving the apartment. Ideal for families young and old.

A107 is a non smoking, disability and mobility friendly apartment and we allow pets - companion, assistance and therapy. The Cumberland Resort is not pet friendly and we ask our guests and their pets to respect this. We do have a few conditions. *All pets must be requested and are not automatically confirmed *There is a refundable pet bond, $200, and an additional, non refundable, cleaning fee, $75 *Pets must never be left alone in the apartment or allowed on the furniture. *All pets must be under owners control and be on lead at all times while within the resort grounds and on all common property areas - the gardens and the car park. *Pets are not allowed in indoor areas, including the pool area, games room, squash courts, reception or tennis courts *The apartment is suitable for one small dog only one per stay.

Reverse cycle heater/air conditioner in the living area and a panel heater and a ceiling fans in the bedrooms to adjust the apartment to your desired temperate.

As we live in the area, we have an abundance of information about Lorne, The Great Ocean Road, Otway bushwalking and surrounding towns. We are happy to suggest or recommend the dining and shopping options that Lorne has to offer. The resort is only a short walk from shops and eateries, the beach and the famous Lorne Pier.
