“La propriété est magnifique dans un endroit extremement calme, en pleine nature , propice au repos. C'est un endroit ideal aussi pour la visite de la région. Entre la montagne avec ses magnifiques villages et belles randonnées ou la mer. La maison est grande et spacieuse. La propriété est immense et chacun peut y trouver un endroit pour s'y reposer. Je conseille vivement cette location. ”

“Nous avons passé une petite quinzaine de jours dans cette magnifique propriété, une ancienne bergerie rénovée. Les extérieurs sont magnifiques. Le jardin est planté de nombreux arbres fruitiers, la piscine est extrêmement agréable et protégée par les arbres. Des terrasses extérieures permettent de prendre l’apéritif ou les repas à l’ombre des tilleuls où d’une pergola recouverte de vigne. C’est un endroit isolé avec vue sur les monts sibyllins, et pourtant beaucoup de choses à faire village à……

“Our first views of the villa highlighted it's most amazing location. Conveniently close to the nearby Gualdo,with good road access, and yet located in the middle of the countryside with amazing views in all directions. We loved watching the sheep on the nearby hills, accompanied closely by a large flock of white egrets, the many jays and other birds passing across the property, and on one occasion the three eagles soaring above. “Wie (2 families with children from 10 to 18) had a great time in a wonderful situated house near the sea (10 minutes by car). The pool is big and filled with saltwater and surrounded with enough deckchairs for everybody… The interior of the house is very nice and the Kirchen really big and with everything you need. The only thing to know is, that the room with the four beds is under the roof and therefore really narrow.”

“Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... “Wer den rustikalen Wohnstil liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Das Areal ist abgelegen, so dass es auch keinen Nachbarn stört, wenn es mal etwas lauter wird. Großzügiges Bauernhaus mit gesamt 4 Küchen. Teilweise müssen sich die Zimmer die Bäder teilen. Wir sind mit 25 Personen angereist, darunter 4 Kinder. Hier konnte man sich auch, wenn man es wollte, gut aus dem Weg gehen. Bei Fragen/Problemen war die Eigentümerin immer sofort vor Ort und bemüht eine Lösung zu finden. Wir haben uns alle sehr……
