“I can't say enough good things about this place! The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for us in a quiet residential neighbourhood with a short walk to the Sunset Strip and Santa Monica Blvd and a Trader Joe's 5 minutes away for supplies. The room was AMAZING! So spacious and immaculately clean. Roof-top pool was awesome. Free coffee in the mornings was a nice little bonus. The only negative thing I can say is that our room had a door for the option of……

"We stayed for four days and three nights, and our experience was truly outstanding. From the flavorful meals to the sparkling clean pool, the well-maintained environment, and the reliable shuttle service—every detail was thoughtfully handled and exceeded expectations. The only aspect that could use improvement was the service attitude of the night shift front desk staff, who came across as less welcoming compared to the daytime team. A bit more warmth and attentiveness during the night would truly elevate the guest experience. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for families visiting Universal Studios Hollywood. The facilities are family-friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed yet vibrant, and everything is conveniently located. Strongly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable family getaway!"
