This is not the first time we’ve stayed at this hotel, but this is definitely the worst experience. When pulling up to unload the vehicle with our kids for a Six Flags weekend, there were IV needle caps all over the parking lot. Once we got to our room room seemed to clean first night we slept all of us were covered in bug bites. Second night our shower stopped working. I told the front desk three times was never moved. Rooms was told that a manager would call me by 9:30 AM which we did not receive the phone call. This was definitely one of the worst days ever.

Verouderde kamer, veel dingen kapot. Tegels gebroken in de badkamer. De aanpassing voor een rolstoel was aanwezig maar daar is het ook mee gezegd. Ontbijt was slecht, goed kijken voordat je hier wat eet. Wel heel aardig personeel.

Two of the plugs didn’t have covers on them. The bottom of the toilet had not been cleaned in several days and shouting in the hall at 11 pm using profanity and inappropriate language made our stay very uncomfortable. As soon as we woke up we packed our bags and will not be back. A lot of unsavory people were handing out as if they lived there or were dealing drugs. Not family friendly at all. Very disappointing. Beds were good and the A/C worked well.

I have stood at a lot of places paying twice as much as here and this place was hands down better . The staff was soooo accommodating and it was a lot cleaner than I expected. I would love to stay here again.

Such a great room for the price. Conveniently close to six flags and other places. Quiet with lots of shopping around the corner. Breakfast options down the street and main shopping big box stores as well. The room was clean and offered a lot space.

This was a really upsetting stay. The location was great, but my husband found bed bugs in the first and second rooms before we were finally given a third that seemed okay. The front desk staff showed no concern and were clearly annoyed with us, which was very disappointing. Bed bugs are hard to get rid of and can ruin people’s lives — it makes me sad to think they might just pass those rooms on to the next guest. Thankfully, my husband is a licensed pest control technician and knew what to look for, but most people wouldn’t.

The gentleman who did my check-in late at night presented a genuine welcome with his warm hospitality and taking the time to engage in a friendly conversation while processing my room check-in. And did not take long to get me my key card. His kindness felt so natural and sincere. I forgot how tired I was from the long drive and traffic. I rrally enjourf my stay at the Comfort Inn.
