The hotel itself is beautiful and visually impressive, but the service experience did not meet expectations—particularly for the price point. I was traveling with small children and found the staff to be largely unaccommodating, which made our stay unnecessarily stressful.
While Bria was warm and helpful when assisting with an extension of our stay, other interactions were less than professional. Halle was particularly rude, and another staff member appeared visibly frustrated, which further diminished the overall experience.
Given the premium pricing and brand positioning, I expected a much higher level of hospitality—especially for families. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as it significantly impacted the quality of our stay.
