I originally booked for 1-night; I extended my stay to an additional night. The following morning, we requested clean towels, and I was advised that I wouldn't get clean towels because the person who does the rooms left for the night.
I had to reuse the towels 5 of them for my 5 children. According to the day-shift staff lady, the towels weren't going to be reused, and I was charged a $30 fee for the towels I had to use during my 2-night stay at this place.
I have not ever experienced any hotel or motel front desk and overall, a horrific attitude, and I have neither been denied receiving clean towels or room service even if it's due to short staff. Management shall consider this, because if this hasn't occurred to another guest, then I definitely take the day-shift lady from the moment I checked in to checking out as a personal/racism discrimination for my appearance. Not good for business to have a front office representative of your company while discriminating a single mother with 5 children under 18 years of age, and denied a clean set of towels in addition she charged me for reusing the towels two-nights? Customer service management please contact me, because I am not convince that this kind of treatment is okay, nor for myself or anyone else.
