DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!! This was by far the WORST place I have EVER stayed in my whole life, and I’ve had to stay in some pretty sketchy motels before!!! My boyfriend and I were literally woken up at 3am by LAPD, SWAT and a helicopter all trying to get at someone who was just a few rooms down from us, putting us in the line of fire with zero warning what so ever. Then when I tried to talk to the front desk about it they were super dismissive and not helpful or even the slightest bit apologetic!!! DO NOT EVER STAY HERE! Sleep in your car cause you’ll be safer!!!

Absolutely disgusting milk left in the mini fridge shower didn’t work walls had graffiti all over it some weird ass black stains all over the pillows some nasty mold growing in the corner of the room screen on the air conditioner. Unit didn’t work. This is an inhabitable hotel.

La experiencia en este hotel es lo mas horrible y terrible que yo he tenido, tanto que al cuaro tia me fui a otro hotel. Por dos dias no limpiaron el cuarto. La TV nunca la puede ver porque no tenia coneccion a internet. No aceptaron que pagara todo al hacer la reservacion porque cobran a diario pues cada dia es diferente la tarifa. La gente de recepcion les cuesta entender Ingles y Espanol y son muy pesados solo hubo un joven atento y fue la ultima noche que el mismo me llevo toallas, jabon, shampoo y papel higienico. No ponen panuelos de paplel.

The hot tub was the reason I got that hotel room and on that it delivered. Otherwise, it is a bare bone motel. Room had a small fridge and a TV. I was not able hook up my laptop as only cable box remote was provided and the service had programing with nothing watchable. But hot tub worked.

First, the photos of the hotel prior to booking were likely taken years ago. The furniture was old and the room was dirty. Second, they gave me a room next to a family with a kid that screamed most of the night, so I got no rest the first night. When I complained, they moved me to a room for the second night and didn't tell me they were doing construction. So at 7AM above my room they were banging and sawing. When I complained about that, the clerk lied and said he told me about the construction. I would have never taken a room had they told me they were doing construction early in the morning. Trying to reach the owner for some kind of credit but according to the clerk, who said he was the manager, will probably lie to the owner as well. Run I mean run from this lousy hotel in a very seedy area. They say it's in North Hills, but it is in one of the seediest areas of the San Fernando Valley. Run, I mean run from this lousy hotel. It was dirty, loud and it was a two day nightmarish hotel stay. One star is too high for this property, especially the customer service.
