4 bedrooms and 3 baths, mountain view gated townhouse in Hacienda Heights(right at the center of Greater Los Angeles, equally close to Los Angeles and Orange County). Close to shopping malls, gated community, 24/7 security patrol. Newly modeled community pool, jacuzzi, tennis court(subjected to community repairs or reservations for other use).
Great for a big family to stay. 1 bedroom on the 1st floor with one bathroom , 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor with 2 bathrooms. Brand new floor tiles.Baby crib can be provide upon request.Gated community with security patrol. Mountain view from living room, kitchen and master bedroom. 2-car garage attached.
Close to Macy's, Costco, Walmart,Target,Asian supermarkets and restaurants. Newly remodeled club house, community swimming pool, Jacuzzi, tennis court and basketball court. 50M high speed Wi-Fi.
