I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was neither clean nor well-maintained, and the mattress and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and felt cheap.
Parking was only available through valet service at $40 per night, and the lot was just an open-air space behind the hotel—not even paved.
The breakfast was also a letdown. The selection was very limited, and nothing was refreshed or replaced daily. In fact, the food often seemed like leftovers simply reheated from the day before.
Additionally, there was a mandatory $5 tip per room, which is unreasonable—especially when the service quality doesn’t justify it. A tip should be earned, not enforced.
While the staff were friendly, it felt like money was the only thing that mattered at this hotel.
