Such a gross place to stay. Only reason I stayed there was because it was an assigned hotel for a special event and a bunch of friends were staying there. I had to change rooms twice, the first, one had stains on the sheets and soiled carpeting. The next room they gave me had holes in the walls and had a bad smell coming from it. They finally gave me an updated room on the street level facing sunset which was suitable enough since I sanitize everything anyway on my own. And no washcloths provided. Difference between the first two rooms and the one I was finally assigned, it looks like they’re in the middle of renovating and much needed

For the price you pay, its a bargain. The area surrounding the hotel isn't that great and limited parking on site. First come, first serve reservation. The hallways smell like piss. Probably because its easy access to thr transients in the area. However, the customer service was great. This is the place to stay if you are on a budget and only use it for sleep.

Bed had a ciggarette burn on the sheets. Room is very uneven. However it was nice that the whole family can have their own bed in the 3 beds. I would definitely come back. Thank you! Staff let me check in at 2:30.

We stayed 3 nights in a very dark room with very old, dirty and smelly carpet. If the AC turned high, room was okay. If the AC turned to low level, the room was like having urinal smell that killed all of us. Very close to Universal BLVD and In-n-Out burger for just walking distance!

La habitación que me asignaron tenía un mal olor muy fuerte y mimes. El chico de la recepción fue amable y me cambió la habitación. Sin embargo, la nueva también olía mal, aunque en menor intensidad. Las sábanas estaban curtidas, las toallas desgastadas, las paredes con hoyos, el piso manchado. En general, el aspecto de las habitaciones deja mucho que desear.

Had to put up with the smelly carpets on the second floor for the first couple days. I spoke to the staff and moved to the first floor. A lot better. But then the pool was really dirty and the one day I had time I didn’t enjoy it. Tried the best day after cleaning. But still had dirt at the bottom. Other the it was convenient and helpful staff.

The price was way too much for what they offer. This is a 1-2 star motel. You get a bed, a chair, a fridge, and a bathroom-shower. That's it.

El hotel está bien céntrico, a una calle del paseo de la fama, acceso a transporte y estacionamiento por solo 15 dólares la noche, más barato que en otros lugares. Tienes lo básico pero habitaciones descuentes. A unos pasos del paseo de la fama y del Marshall, tiene alberca aunque no la usamos. Le pongo 5 estrellas aunque aún no me han regresado mi depósito, lleva menos de 1 mes de que estuvimos, espero no sea problema, aparece como movimiento en tránsito aún. Por favor indicar al hotel que liberen mi depósito.

I was shocked to find out that we have to pay for parking daily when that was not stated on Expedia when I made the reservation. Also, I was very sick and sent my partner to get a spare key. My partner put the deposit down on the room and he refused to give her a spare key unless I was present so I had to drag myself to the front desk. The TV did not work so we have to get it fixed and the shower had cold water.

Hotel was literally the bare minimum came with a bed and a chair literally nowhere to eat and basically it’s advertise as if it’s something way nicer than it really is that night when I was sleeping someone was honking your horn at 2 AM which woke up the whole building. The next thing you know a woman starts screaming and fighting someone else I’m like oh OAKLAND here we go

Bed bugs.Pool closed by health department, black mold in bathroom, no breakfast as advertised. 1 pillow, no washcloths, no vending machines. It was really bad and I’m not fancy. The guy at the desk was very nice though and they did give me a full refund.

It’s was 90 degrees in LA booked to use pool and the pool was out of service in addition the rooms are so run down and the fridge didn’t work when it’s so hot outside can’t even keep my drinks cold it was so inconvenient. If the pool is not able to be used it shouldn’t be listed as an amenity
