It was quite decent, although they shared they offer YouTube TV but it was signed out so didn’t work. We didn't expect to haul our heavy bags up the stairs, so that was difficult. The space was close to shopping and was a quite cute space. We would stay again, if we take another cruise from Long Beach.

There was a bug and durty toilet seat in the bathroom. The ceiling was covered in dust, which tells me the cleaning staff is not thorough. I didn't feel comfortable enough to actually stay the night.

Looking for somewhere quick and homie to stay, this would be your best spot for quick trips. Note to bring less stuff because they only have stairs to your room. The staff are really sweet and are very helpful!

Pros: I arrived early and was able to leave my suitcase while I explore until check-in. Many restaurants in the are to eat. Bus transportation was close. Room was clean with complimentary coffee and water. Refrigerator and microwave. Room was very cut and comfortable especially the bed. I forgot my boarding pass for the cruise and staff was able to help me reprint the documents. Updates were provided through text even when staff was leaving the lobby. Cons: There is no elevator so I had to carry my suitcase up the stairs. I was on the second floor. Overall: I would definitely stay again. Affordable spot if you planning to go on cruise not far from port quick Uber ride

The tub and sink were regularly clogged during our stay and the lobby smelled strongly like urine the whole time we were there. Very limited food options around the place most things were a 7-15min walk, not too bad but we weren't expecting it

Basic accommodations. Great value. Small rooms. Firm, comfortable beds. Plenty of hot water in bathroom. Three floors with stairs, no elevator. Communal kitchen on first floor. Seems like a converted boarding house. Short walk to Metro rail. If you just need a place to get a good night’s sleep this place is a good choice. I would stay here again.

The single room was the smallest I’ve ever stayed in. There were no table or chairs, and the space on both sides of the bed was very narrow. The bathroom was also tiny—the sink was only the size of a palm, and the shower just barely had enough space to stand in (and I’m relatively slim, yet I often bumped into the walls). The window curtain was broken and dusty. There was a smell of recent renovation in both the room and the hallway. The hotel had no elevator at all. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve had. The only upside was the staff—two were very friendly, while one was a bit indifferent. The hotel offers bike rentals and a shared kitchen, which is great, but bikes are very easy to get stolen in California. Mine was stolen, and I had to pay $150 for the lost.

Rooms are super small. Literally “cozy Queen”. Staff were friendly and helpful, even replaced the a/c unit since the one in the room did made a lot of noise. If your pack more on the lighter side then this place is good. Packing for a cruise, you have to lug your suitcases up 2 or 3 flights of stairs

I guess I did not read the hotel description thoroughly. Not meant for disabled but even if it were the area was scarry. There was a man shooting up in front of the hotel for everyone to see. Homeless going through the dumpster by the torn up parking lot in the alley behind the hotel. There is a locke with keypad on the front door. The fact you need. Keypad lock tells me everything I need to know. They try to disguise it as a convenience thing but either you are to cheap or to lazy to hire staff or it's a dangerous area. The area around this hotel looks like a ghetto! No way was I going to stay here. I found a room at the Queen Mary at a decent price and stayed there! I wasn't to upset about loosing my money. No refunds. Safety is more important!
