Very friendly staffs with high efficiency. On the day we checked out, we stored our baggages in the morning. As we picked up in the afternoon, we realized our belonging may be left in the room. Though our uber had already arrived, staffs still found it shortly after that. Also, enough backup for several disposable items when calling for help. A close location to the airport. A nice and worthwhile place to stay again for the next chance visiting LA.

The property is small, clean, with beautiful views. Convenient parking right outside the hotel is valet only for $52.00 a night. There is a public parking like for $7.00 a day but it’s about a 3-5 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel didn’t have any water for an entire day during our stay but the water was restored the next morning. Overall it was a decent stay.

We loved this hotel on the marina with a retro feel! Very good condition and clean with comfortable beds and spacious bathroom. Secure building. The staff was welcoming and found items we needed (mending kit, extra laundry bag). We enjoyed the coffee shop, bar, restaurant and staffs. The patios were comfortable and the views of the marina were so pretty! Only complaint was upholstered cushions on patio were dirty. Very walkable to restaurants and sights, including fisherman’s village. Valet parking available but we used public lot ($5/day) - a huge bargain in LA! Our son lives in Santa Monica - we would return here for sure.

Hotel restaurant, bar and outdoor space was very nice and food and service were excellent, which is why I didn’t rate lower than a 3. Our room was at the very end of a long hall and overlooked a garbage dump and the parking lot and was very noisy. Room was not cleaned one day, despite request. For the price, it did not meet expectations. I requested a change upon arrival and while the host was very nice, she was were unable to accommodate.

Location wise in between a lot of different areas. Straightforward hotel with good options for onsite meals. Bit of a walk through Marina to get to a few shops. Most will probably want to rent a car but can easily get by with rideshare or Zipcar.

Beautifully designed hotel that has the guest's comfort in mind, with comfy seating placed in and outside where you can enjoy the view of tbe pool and marina. The staff members are lovely and are always ready to help. Really comfy beds and rooms.
