When we arrived, the owner demanded a $40 deposit. The room had no restroom, no sink, no toilet, no shower. It smelled extremely terrible. We immediately went back to counter and asked for a refund. We gave the key back and he refunded us the $40 cash deposit but refused to refund or cancel the reservation. We called Expedia. Expedia called the owner while we were standing there. Expedia told us the owner refused to refund our payment and that a specialist will call us to try and work something out. I am certain that the hotel is one used for prostitution (quick stays).

Cockroaches, dirty towels, owner banged on our door at 10am despite the 11 o'clock check out time stated in the lobby and on the website. When i asked about what we could do about the roaches they demanded to come in my room and proceeded to empty an entire can of roach killer in my bathroom before leaving. Ended up paying 70$ to breather roach waste all night

First off, I called in advance to let the manager know I would be checking in late because I was coming from out of state. When I finally got there to check in the guy was so rude and demanding! The description on the room I selected said private bathroom and there was no bathroom in my room. I went to use the restroom (shared restroom) and the property didn’t even have any soap or toilet liners! The guy was so rude when my husband went to get hand sanitizer for us to use and came following us for it back. NEVER STAYING THERE AGAIN!!

Where's my refund

I didn't stay within 10 minutes I walked to the front and demanded a refund the owner said he pay the$48 for the one day and that hotel.com or Expedia would cover the other part of the $85... I emailed you guys right then and there and you haven't refunded me my money, not even a response.... Is not letting add photos but no worries I already sent an email just look.
