Sea Vista - Central Malibu Villa w/ Pool, Spa, & Ocean Views

This ocean view, sophisticated yet beach feel oasis is located in a private enclave in central Malibu arguably the nicest beach in Malibu. Re-envisioned to near perfection, this home is conducive to the Malibu lifestyle of cool, casual and fun. Private and gated driveway punctuated by picturesque Coral trees and plenty of parking spaces for your guests or your car collection. The sleek new kitchen opens to the dining area and breakfast area with a balcony & breathtaking ocean and mountain views. Stunning Pocket and folding glass doors throughout, allow you to enjoy the spectacular views. This rare flat usable yard includes a BBQ area, pool/spa, and large grassy area with mature landscaping throughout to give it a zen feel. Just a short walk to a beautiful sandy beach with a private path under PCH, across the street from a private equity tennis club with 3 lighted courts (membership included) - This home is the Malibu dream.

Please note of the following information:

-The Tennis Court is only available to Guests staying more than 7 days. Guests will need to submit First and Last Names for all Users and will be charged a one-time Membership Fee of $300. 

-Cellular reception in the area may vary depending on your provider. To ensure a seamless experience, we recommend downloading Google Maps offline before your arrival. By saving the area in advance, you can easily navigate and access directions even without cellular service or Wi-Fi. This will help you get around with ease during your stay.

Beautiful home but.....

This is atruely a spectacular home but was disappointed when the manager called me to tell me that the owner had seen a pet on the property which was completely untrue as none of the three people had a pet. Not sure where he got that but an incident like that just leaves a bad taste.
