Sonder hotel likes to do everything online and the in person staff was not helpful. There were also a lot of homeless people and the area itself was not safe.

The room are great. No clear instructions on parking so did valet and it is super expensive.

The concept of this hotel of doing things yourself was efficient like stocking own towels, toiletries. There’s a water station in the gym. The gym has the basic equipment to workout. My experience here was excellent. It’s right across from the oceanside which there are e-bikes if you want to explore. Two blocks away from the main strip and walking distance to the mall. Many restaurants are close by. Pier is a few blocks away and can see it at a distance. I parked my rental at the parkade which is a block away behind the hotel very convenient and very well lit if ur on ur own at night. If you will use valet, you have to reserve in advance in the app so they can verify and reserve a spot. Id stay here again

My fiancé and I enjoyed a 3 night stay here for our baby moon. It was such an amazing time. It’s walkable distance to the ocean and a ton of food places around. The room was very cute and comfortable! We really did not want to leave. Be sure to download the app before you get to the hotel. It will make checking in much easier.
