Zero sound proof. The club nearby plays loud music every night. It could be a nice place to stay if you normally don’t sleep before 3am.

とっても広くて備品も豊富で驚きました。ただ場所を見つけるのに苦労しました。周りは治安がいいとは言えない場所でスーツケースを持って付近をうろうろしていたら好奇な目で見られます。実際に声をかけられて断れましたが、女性はお金を払ってしまうんだろうなと思いました。移動はほとんどUberでした。車の音はとってもうるさいです。近くのバー？のようなとこの音楽も聞こえます。せめて二重ガラスにすればいいのに防音は期待しないほうがいいです。私たちは旅行疲れで気になる暇もなく熟睡しました。電気の付かない部屋がありましたが、使っていないので問題はなかったです。チェックインにも人と接触することがなく、余計な追加料金等が発生する心配もないので総合的には満足です。

Un bon hôtel où l'on est parfaitement autonome. Malheureusement plusieurs points noirs font que le séjour n'a pas été aussi agréable que prévu. Tout d'abord niveau du nettoyage. C'est bien simple, sur 9 jours chez eux, ils ne sont jamais passés pour le nettoyage. Il faut prévoir chaussettes ou chaussons car on a les pieds noirs en 30s à cause du sol et du manque de nettoyage. Il n'y a ni four ni micro onde, ce qui est quand-même assez étonnant mais surtout assez handicapant pour un appart hôtel où justement l'intérêt est de faire ses courses. C'est également très, très bruyant. On entend pas ce qu'il se passe dans les autres chambres, par contre pour les bruits venant de l'extérieur..on a l'impression de dormir sur le trottoir. On entend tout. Ça nous a empêché de bien dormir, et pourtant nous ne nous plaignons jamais de ce genre de choses. Nous n'avons pas aimé le fait que notre code ne fonctionne plus le jour de notre départ alors que nous avions laissé nos bagages aux lockers. On a quand-même l'impression de se faire rapidement jeter. Le quartier n'est pas aussi pire comme certaines personnes peuvent le dire. Ce n'est pas Beverly hills mais c'est pas trop mal. Sinon le personnel, surtout de l'accueil est cool et disponible. En bref, nous sommes quand-même un peu déçus de notre séjour mais il faut reconnaître que l'emplacement, à proximité de la station 7th street est un gros plus.

This was the worst stay ever! The hotel was old and dirty. We were on the second floor and it was so noisy outside that it was hard to sleep at night. There was a weird smell coming from the toilet during the entire duration of the stay. Worst of all, we were stuck in the elevator for almost an hour. Terrible experience, definitely would not recommend!

The air conditioning didn't work during the stay as well as almost a full day of no water. Lack of communication, no follow through, and still working to get reimbursed for the 2nd night i didn't stay in inadequate conditions

Great location. Friendly and helpful staffs. Clean. Beautiful layouts of the apartment. Love the quality of the bed. Outside temperature 95 degrees. Inside of apartment 88 degree for three days. Got a heat cold because of staying in the apartment. No running water no shower for over 18 hours during the 3-night stay. Stayed here in the year 2024 and it was perfect.

Driving to the property, which is located in the jewelry district, felt very unsafe but it seems like it’s in a nicer pocket, with a Whole Foods and Pure Barre down the street. As we drove in, we passed several homeless tents on side walks within 5 blocks on 7th St. However, the property itself is very nice, the staff was friendly, and I was very impressed with the Sonesta Mobile app. The room didn’t come stocked with towels — there was only 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel for 3 guests. We had to go down to the lobby to request more which they brought up to the room within an hour. The floors in the room seemed like they could use a deep clean but we were only there for 1 night so we didn’t complain. I didn’t love that there weren’t phones in the rooms to reach the front desk directly but was able to use the chat feature within the app to get help. Love how spacious the room was and it came with a washer and dryer in the unit. If this was located in a better area, I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

2 nights of no AC despite requesting at the front desk to get it checked. The big windows are beautiful, however that also means no noise control from the inside. You hear everything on the street, including loud sirens, people yelling, etc. The building and the rooms are nice otherwise.
