This is as close to the beach as you can get. The suite was spacious and clean. Our children loved looking out the windows to see and hear the ocean. We would definitely recommend to anyone, the convenience, cleanliness, hospitality and location are top tier. They even allowed us to check out late! Overall, we were incredibly happy and can’t wait to stay again.

There is nothing like waking up and walking right out onto the beach. There is nothing like asking for an early check in and being accommodated, 2 years in a row. There is nothing like staying in a place that feels like home, no need for luxuries, just safety and peace and quiet. This was my 2nd time staying at this property and I'm already planning my next trip this summer. The service can't be beat, and for a girl who just wants to get to the beach quickly, there isn't a better place to stay.

We loved the old charm of the building-it was like staying back in time. The room was steps from the sand, which is why we selected it in the first place. We loved walking to the restaurants. As others have mentioned, parking is a bit tricky but manageable. While tastefully decorated, the room needed some minor improvements. The shower mat was gross and coming apart, which is a cheap and easy fix. There weee also a couple of places with holes in the wall stuffed with paper towel, so an easy drywall repair would fix it right up. It didn’t impact our stay, just not a great look. There doesn’t seem to be any air or heat, which was fine in March when we stayed as there are space heaters in the room. I imagine it would be very uncomfortable in the summer, even with the provided fans. But, part of the charm is that it’s not changed much since it was built. Overall, we enjoyed our stay-it was a new adventure for us, and you can’t beat the location.

Beachfront location is unbeatable. Just steps from the pier and shops and eateries. Check in was very easy and parking was simple with the parking permit that the property provided. Room was very clean and cozy.

Amazing little place! Stayed here with my boyfriend for one night before flying out of LAX. Rooms are cute. Great views and right next to a cute walkable strip. Staff were very kind and found me to make sure everything was right with parking. Owner was on call when I needed him early in the morning. Absolute five stars!! Would stay again!
