"The room was very large and comfortable. The staff were warm, friendly, and helpful. The bus to and from Disneyland was great and saved us a great deal of money in parking g costs at the park."

"In downtown LA, check in and out was smooth, the days we lived had a parade nearby though which made the traffic bad, need a 20 minutes walk for that day to get a uber ride. Reconsider your choice if theres event nearby"

"I hope the hotel will fix the elevator to be safer, I was stuck in the elevator for a while. In room I hope the television can open Youtube or netflix to watch. Everything else was great, staff and cleaning room everything I appreciate."
