We were supposed to stay at the Playa Grande Resort and Grand Spa, Cabo San Lucas. As soon as we arrived we were transferred to the hotel next door by front office management to the Grand Solmar Land's End Resort and Spa. Which was apparently an "upgrade." They didn't even give us an option to look at the room we booked, just said we are moving to the other Hotel, we were not happy, the original Resort we booked looked more kid friendly and also had mini golf. The hotel they transferred us to was more for adults. Also told us we could take the shuttle back and forth and go to the other resort to play mini golf and even eat there, and when we did, we were told we had to pay for everything. We paid a lot of money for the all inclusive plan on Expedia, but they said that because we booked on Expedia, we get only the meal plan and not all inclusive. When we complaint, the management staff and front office staff's attitude changed towards us for the rest of our stay, not being very friendly. The staff at the pool and restaurants were great. No complaints with any of them.
