Would have been better if we hadn't been hit with a timeshare sell right out of the gate. Also, they wouldn't let us access our room before the check in time even though they confirmed the room was ready. That said, day 1 was bumpy, but the rest of the stay was amazing! We loved the views, the food was very good for the most part - not excited about Tomatillos; staff was friendly and helpful.

I stayed 4 nights at this resort, on my second day I received a note saying to go to the concierge desk to receive my welcome drinks and package which included a VIPCard to get discounts on purchases that were not included in my AI. Kenya informed me that I could collect these if I did a timeshare event. I asked if it was optional, and she said yes, and when I said no to it she said she couldn’t give me my welcome package because I choose not to do the event. On my last night there house keeping decided to give me my robe and slippers. Didn’t not make any sense. During check out I was forced to pay an extra fee for environmental taxes. The hotel was nice place but staff were weird. Housekeeping would make the beds differently everyday and rearrange furniture as to make me aware they were there. So weird. I will not be staying at the resort again.

Everything was as advertised in Expedia. The bundle of the hotel, the air travel, and the airport to hotel transportation and back, all worked together great. The many Hotel staff we interacted with we're so courteous and supportive. All the foods and drinks were great, fresh, super high quality.

Fue una buena experiencia. Los alimentos fue lo mejor de nuestra estancia. El trato del personal excelente salvo el servicio en la alberca que 1 día no fue tan bueno pero me quedo con los 5 días que nos trataron de maravilla. La playa es hermosa y el mar perfecto pero un poco peligroso si no sabes nadar ya que si es profundo apenas cuando vas entrando. Algunos de los empleados del hotel se notan cansados pero aún así su desempeño y entusiasmo por atendernos nunca fue malo, por favor a los administradores y directivos pongan atención en este comentario y ojalá puedan tomar acciones. Muchas felicidades a todo el hotel, si volvería a regresar con mi familia.

Love: We love the 1 Bedroom Suite with the extended balcony. Not cheap but once you've had it you can't do without. The view is hypnotizing. The service is outstanding. All the workers do their best to take care of you. Take care of them and they take care of you. The restaurants are good for an all inclusive. Plenty of options. Service can be slow if understaffed so build a rapport with the staff and tip them well, you'll be fine. Dislikes: No beach lounge chairs due to high tide. Guests are not allowed to use the beach amenities of the other properties even if not being used by guests from that property. The pool is small and you have to compete for a desired space to lounge. Get up at the crack of dawn and claim your seat to return later or else you'll be SOL til the sun goes down. Could be more entertainment for late nighters. Time share presentation is not worth the perks they offer. We were able to get better deals than the ones offered for sitting through timeshare pitch. These gripes are minor. Over all we had a wonderful time and would go again.

Hard review to write. This property had some great things going for it. The views were amazing, staff was VERY friendly and the location was great. Now the not so great. The food: NOT good. We had one great lunch meal at the Taco bar, pizza was decent but the buffet was the worst I’ve ever had. We tried it two different times thinking maybe they just had an “off day” but it was just bad! Room service delivered stone cold eggs when we tried that option. Compared to other places we’ve stayed very limited food options. The shows: If I could give a negative score I would. I don’t expect Broadway quality but these were some of the worst I’ve ever seen! The Michael Jackson show was literally laughable. He tried but mostly looked like he hated his job and would rather be anywhere else but there. The overall vibe: This place rolled up TIGHT at 8:00 pm. NOTHING going on, pool closed, no life what so ever going on. We aren’t young guns but we weren’t really ready to go to the room for the night either. Last and MOST important: The concierge time share SCAM. Someone who works for the hotel approaches you when you are checking in. States he is your concierge to make sure you have a great stay. Offers free and/or deeply discounted excursions. Of course you have to sit through the 90 minute presentation. We knew it would be high pressure and were prepared. After 3 1/2 hours of saying we don’t want it we walked out without any of the promised stuff. DON’T DO IT!

Great location. Comfortable large rooms. Balconies are awesome. View is spectacular. Dining options are good, loved the italian restaurant. Loved that it had a swimmable beach. Only issue was unruly guests. 2 days of obnoxious groups of guests at the pool, blaring their music on speakers and being rude and the staff did nothing about it. They even had glass bottles at the pool, were told they couldn't, but no one followed up. The staff watched them the whole time and did nothing.
