The Tesoro is right on the Marina & main tourist area! Lots of bars & restaurants within walking distance. Also grocery stores within walking distance! Bring it is in the main tourist corridor it is not very quiet. Parking available if needed & staffed 24/7. They do have bars & restaurants in the hotel as well but so many dining options! Rooms are a bit aged but are kept clean. Only a small refrigerator in room, no microwave! Verbal loved the location and price was as expected in this area but can fluctuate during busy & off season times!

All staff are extremely friendly & helpful. This is a no frills hotel but it is ideally located in the heart of the marina. We stay here every time we come to Cabo which is about 3-4 times a year. My husband is an avid fisherman so it is perfect for him.

From check in to check out everything was effortlessly amazing. The staff was extremely friendly, professional and polite. The property is perfectly located inside the marina near plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and specialty shops. I highly recommend this location for the best panoramic marina and city views!

Initial room we were put in was very small up a narrow stairway with no elevator access we requested to move second room we were placed in was clean. It was an average day we enjoyed sitting on the patio. I appreciate the rooms were clean. I loved how convenient it was for us to walk to nearby Restaurants and coffee, shops, and water taxis. We enjoyed eating at the restaurant on the boat dock area overall a good stay did not eat at the restaurant site or have any cocktails on site. It was not a lively hotel in that aspect, but the rooms were clean, and the staff was nice.

Servicio de limpieza en los cuartos ineficiente. Tuvimos que llamar para que fueran a limpiar. No nos aclararon la diferencia de los brazaletes cuando hicimos check in. Y tuvimos que hacer pagos extraes. Mi habituación lejos pedí que me cambiaran y me dijeron que no se podía porque estaban ocupadas las habitaciones, cuando en realidad estaban vacías. No regresaré ella a este hotel. Lo único bueno que tiene es la ubicación

Aside from the elevator not working, I will come back. The staff was really nice and helpful. I was here during the worst storm of the year, so it was a ghost town, but still enjoyed my stay. You can’t beat the view of the marina and location.

Ok we came here last year in July as couples and we had a great time. We decided to bring the kids this time because of that and it was just horrible from the start. When we checked in they tried to get us a king size bed and room with no view when we had booked since January with two beds and marina view . Next, there happened to be a senior group at the resort so they only had buffet , we paid for all inclusive and they wouldn’t let us do a la carte, we had no affiliation with that group yet they wanted us to just do what they had for them. Secondly , my son got Sun poisoning from the heat and was throwing up so I came down to the lobby to ask if we could do room service for dinner instead of eating at the restaurant since we needed to care for my husband and they said no but they could charge us . The lack of comprehension and attention left a bad taste and we regret it because we brought our kids . If you’re going to have a group and not offer a la carte because of the group then give us a heads up before so we can cancel the all inclusive . No adjustments were made at all. Please call and check what groups will be there before your stay to be aware.
