“Everything about our stay was perfect and above expectations. Gina was quick to respond to all questions we had prior to the trip. Upon arrival we were taken away by the gated entry and visual of house / backdrop of ocean. The house itself was comfortable and had everything we needed, including any and all beach toys imaginable. The beach itself was beautiful and relatively deserted. People are around, but very few. We did day trips to Santiago and Los Barriles; had a dinner at the Four Seasons,……

“The property is a work of art in a spectacular setting right one the beach. Private, secluded and quiet. A grand estate with staff Manuel and Lulu who radiates sweetness and care. Count yourself lucky if you spend a family vacation there. Pictures do not capture how special it is!”

“This is a great new condo unit. Only 6 units and there was only one other one occupied while we were there. First couple of days there were power issue which are common in the area, the rest of the stay no issues. It is well stocked for cooking. Pool is refreshing and hot tub warms up in a few hours. Would have been nice to have had lounge chairs around the pool, but other than that it was great. We had one issue with a drain and Carlo had it taken care of immediately. Great host, great property……

“Amazing home and location off a winding dirt road 20 minutes from Los Barriles. No crowds or tourists. Our group included 12 adult family members and there was more than enough space. Air conditioning worked great and lots of extras like an ice machine, a water purifier, and plenty of bath and beach towels. The home and property were spotless. The host, Fernando, was extremely helpful and always responded quickly. We had two meals prepared by Lucia's team and they were delicious. ”

“This is a spectacular property! The views/setting are stunning - perched above a beautiful beach with miles of ocean to the horizon. The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable, with everything you might need for your stay, including a well-appointed kitchen, beach chairs, boogie boards, surf boards, pickle ball. We felt like guests in a beloved family home. Zacatitos is rustic but charming, with empty beaches, dirt roads (we rented a 4WD and were glad we did), wandering burros and a……
