Location, 5 minutes walk to the beach.
Inexpensive in February.
Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.
Free on street parking.
Pet friendly.
Short drive to Garrucha and Mojacar.
Points to improve on:-
Sofa bed (used as a sofa) was like sitting on a thinly cover pallet, very uncomfortable.
If you have a dog that likes to bother cats, this is the place for them. There are cats everywhere.
The on site restaurant and shop not open until May.
No toiletries in the room.

“Die Villa liegt in einem schönen Golfresort. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend. Sonst könnte in der Villa mal ein Handwerker vorbei schauen, für ein paar defekte zu beheben. Der Wasserdruck lässt zu wünschen übrig, die Elektrik vom Pool ist verschmort usw. Die Villa selbst und die Lage machen aber diese Mängel wieder gut. Man muss sich eben dann selbst etwas arrangieren. Absprechen wer wann duschen geht usw. Sonst alles in allem ein Top Winterurlaub. Die Heizung von den Klimageräten ist auch……

“La casa está muy bonita, limpia y bien equipada. El patio es grande y soleado, con vistas a las montañas. El único pero es que la cobertura y el wifi son bastante débiles (no es culpa de la casa, pero si alguien quiere teletrabajar desde allí, puede ser un problema, por eso lo comento).”

“Communication was great prior to booking, in the lead up to arrival and during our stay both from the Villa owners and their appointed local agent.
Small issue with the Air-Conditioning upstairs on arrival but very quickly rectified, could not have asked for a better response - the air-con kept the whole property cool enough to be a welcomed comfortable break from the constant 34c

“La comunicación previa a la llegada no fue fácil,La urba está muy bien y la piscina genial, el duplex tb está bien salvo que no hay aire acondicionado en el salón y hace calor por las tardes, el colchón principal está fatal, la cocina está bien auqnue deberían cambiar sartenes y algunos utensilios de cocina, tiene sombrillas y sillas de playas además de nevera, que se agradece mucho, tuve dos conflictos un par de roturas y el anfitrión se porto muy bien, así que luces y sombras, con un coco Chon……
