Great location, quiet, yet blocks from downtown Los Gatos. The plants on the property did add a nice ambience when walking to the room. However, the room was dated and not kept repaired (large sections of paint missing from tiles, cheap bedding, and aged faucets). The walls were very thin and the gym next door contributed to early morning noise with gym members dropping/bouncing large weights onto the floor. The front desk wasn't friendly. The lobby isn't open until 9AM, so coffee must be obtained down the street or using the machine in the room. Questions can be addresses from 9a -10pm, not earlier, which is inconvenient for business travelers. And... they use actual physical keys -- one to get onto the property and a second to get into the room. Over-all, the place was tolerable, but little things add up, so there is no reason to stay there on my next business trip to Los Gatos.
