“Very nice and extremely large home great for a Chico stay. Quite neighborhood with easy access to the 99 freeway and town down the Esplanade.”

“The house was overall nice and a good fit for our needs, except for one significant issue. There is a cottage in the back of the house where other people were staying. Nowhere in the listing was there a mention of a second rental property on the same lot and a shared backyard space. We were shocked to find people coming into “our” backyard when we were out there with our dogs. “This cabin is so comfortable and well appointed; from cooking utensils to towels and TVs (large screens!) to board games. Anything we needed was there + much more that we did not have time to enjoy! The pool and property are beautiful, providing a relaxing environment. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The location is convenient for access to I-5. “1951 log home with huge fireplace, woodstove, hot tub and sauna. Beautiful views. Great location near Lassen Volcanic National Park. Remember to gas up and bring food. Only on country store nearby with limited options. Only a couple of restaurants too although I'm sure there are more options in season. Checkin is at Noon which gives you most of the day to get settled. Brandon lives nearby and makes sure everything is ready for your arrival. No wifi and limited cell service so you are truly off……
