“Tod's cottage was perfect for us. Large yard for kids to play, a slide and swings was a hit too. Slept 9 with no problem. Kitchen was well stocked. Tod is now the proud owner of an oven mitt. Would recommend this place. The large deck overlooking New London bay was wonderful. Thanks for allowing us to stay. ”

“We loved our stay at Cordial house. The house has a lot of charm. I appreciate that they had ample amounts of towels, soap and toilet paper for our week stay. This was a legit cabin so creaky floors and old time looking decorations. The view alone would give us reason to book here again. Our kids loved being in the yard and watching the sunset. Checking in and out was a simple process. ”

“My wife and I just came back from a very relaxing week at the Private Ocean View Cottage. This is the perfect setting for a quiet getaway. The cottage itself is cozy and comfortable and it is wrapped around with a large deck where you can see the local bay and out to the open ocean, very picturesque and relaxing, the sunsets where amazing every day. “A nice roomy "Cottage" . To call it a cottage does not really do it justice. It certainly lived up to ts billing. All furniture, beds etc were quite comfortable. ”

“Everything was excellent, except for the beach access …isn’t a beach, isn’t on your property. We were nicely told we would be tolerated, but it wasn’t the rentals access. That said, a nice beach is a 5 minute drive away”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Red Barn! It was clean, well located and the host were super friendly. There was great restaurants nearby but also pretty much everything you would need to cook some of the great fish and seafood you could get in the nearby market. “Our group of 12 had a wonderful vacation. This house was perfect for a bigger group allowing each family to have a separate sleeping space while still having a common space to cook and spend time together. The kids loved the ping pong table and the paddle boards. This house was ready to stay in, with all the needed amenities and more. “We stayed here with our family for a few days and found it to be a convenient spot for a quick trip. The location is great, close to Cavendish, and the cottage had the basics we needed. It was clean and generally comfortable, though a few areas could use some updates or a little extra attention.One tip: we recommend parking on the side of the house.
