I booked two days and pre-paid, but when we arrived, the hotel's reception is out of work. And they said our room was sold to others.How can it happen?Hotel in Rabat is tight, we drove all around the city, but we cannot even find a room to stay. That was the most terrible experience in my life. So I want to complaint this hotel.”

“Excellent accommodations but the host can be unpredictable. He cancelled our second booking via Expedia because we couldn’t pay him directly on Western Union. Not a good good option or security for us. I am glad I didn’t have children’s with me. It was hard finding another accommodation last minute.”

“Énorme déception.
Nous étions très enthousiastes à l’idée de séjourner dans cette location, l’annonce étant séduisante et la plage des nations nous ayant été recommandée.
Au moment de la réservation nous nous sommes trompés dans les dates. Suite à cela, la communication avec le gérant immobilier a été très difficile (nous voulions changer les dates) : impossible pendant plusieurs jours d’avoir un échange avec lui ou une réponse de sa part, que ce soit par l’application Abritel ou par……
"Staff asked us to pay $170 MAD city tax when we checked out in hurry. We subsequently realised we had already paid that at the time of booking. In short, staff asked us to double pay what we have already paid. That’s not right. :("
