“Very comfortable hotel”

“ 有点意外。想看看新闻，电视每次看一会儿就死机了。外面不错，不知为何这种最基本的服务这么差。 附近有个购物中心还不错。 ”

“The hotel is not quite new but still well maintained. Breakfast is OK but room to improve in terms of choice of selections.”

“Good value. Really nice breakfast restaurant staff with varied, healthy, tasty food and good restaurant ambiance. Better than average gym for a hotel of this level. Hotel is down a long, narrow alley and can be hard to find as well as unpleasant to walk to. Things that can be improved: 1) Kettle in room should be metal, not cancer-causing plastic; 2) bathrooms need hand soap and smaller towels; 3) rooms need pots and pans for cooking with the in-room range; 4) better signage to help people……

“Very nice hotel since room is large and clean. The only comment is the swimming pool is a bit small. Luckily when I swim on the morning, I am the only person using the swimming pool.”

“The location is good to me. Meals are good. Staff members are all very friendly. I had a very pleasant stay. Never-the-less, there is a light in the washroom which I don't know how to turn off. This did not bother me because I unscrewed the light bulb in the night. I unscrewed the light bulbs in the closet as well, because I found that these lights won't turn off even the door is closed. I wish to be earth friendly and tried to reduce the waste of energy. On the other side, the light on the desk……
