Renovated farmhouse style cottage situated on 21 acres in rural Lawrence County. This home has a large field/ Mountain View seen from the covered porch. A private back deck also adorns this home! Inside you will find an updated kitchen with new appliances and trendy decor that accent the stone fireplace in the common room! Enjoy the game area with an electric dart board, foosball table and ping pong table for your enjoyment! All this is 10 minutes from Yatesville Lake’s waters edge for boating, kayaking, fishing, hoarse back trails, and an 18 hole golf course!!
