“Brilliant house, one of the best that we have stayed in. The views amazing and the house has everything that you need. We had a good chat with the German neighbour who gave us some tips on seeing the seals nearby. We loved all of the beaches in the area and had a couple of good meals in Westport. ”

“We booked this cozy cottage for two weeks in mid-October. Donna was wonderful. She reached out prior to the stay to chat through the VRBO site and as we got closer she shared things to do and see in Louisburgh and other close towns. We communicated through Whats App once we landed at Shannon Airport (2.5 hours away). She met us at the house to show us how to use the applicances, turn on the water to the showers, lock the doors, etc. She also had flowers and a card for our wedding anniversary……

The home itself has everything- it is spacious, multiple bathrooms and a large kitchen to enjoy! The location is spectacular!! “We had a great time staying at this property. It is in the heart of Connemara with easy access to Kylemore Abbey, Connemara NP, Clifden, Galway and Westport. The islands are very close as well. As you should expect Irish weather changes on a dime from rain to sun and back in a moments notice. The owners live on the property and are very friendly and helpful.”

“On a three week trip to Europe this was our overall favorite rental.From the moment we opened the door we felt instantly comfortable and at home. The entire place is well appointed, well lit, and spotless. Check in, parking, and communication with the host was a breeze, and my only regret is not booking a longer stay. We unfortunately arrived later than intended, so I cannot comment on Newport as a town, but it seemed very nice while driving through. It would be a great base for exploring the……
