Wow - This home has it all!! Totally handicapped accessible including an elevator! Gradual ramp to front door and all the doors are wheel chair width. This 4 BR, 4.5 Bath Executive home is perfect for your next vacation in Louisville, KY! Great for remote work with super fast wifi at 300 Mbps, plus a dedicated workspace! Large in-ground heated salt water pool with diving board, whole house speaker system, huge grill, fire pit and patio with seating for 8 that also has a handicap ramp. A beautiful new custom covered porch with 55” TV, speakers, fans and more is perfect for your summer get together! Dining Room is open to Large Family Room with vaulted ceilings. Large eat in kitchen with seating for 8 including bar area. Nugget ice maker in kitchen with stainless steel appliances & every thing the master chef needs for cooking! The Master Bedroom has a Sleep Number Adjustable Split King Bed and Large TV! Master Bedroom has an attached large bathroom with vanity area and French doors to patio area! Nice half bath by utility room where the brand new washer and dryer are available for your use. Two more large bedrooms on main floor, each with a Queen sized bed with shared bathroom that has a handicap accessible shower. Basement is over the top w/ 2nd Kitchen sharing the wide open Family Rm 75” TV with tons of board games and brand new pool/ping pong table! Last Bedroom has 2 Queen Beds and large Handicap accessible bathroom! Another large area with work out equipment and another bathroom! We had a great extended weekend. The house and pool were very nice. Beth was very quick to reply. There was a problem with the AC but Beth did everything to try and get it fixed while we were there.

Great fun. We enjoyed the house and the hosts were great. After going to the Derby we enjoyed relaxing in the pool. Would recommend this house to anyone going to Louisville for the Derby.

THE place to stay!

Our family had a great time here! The house is located close to many of the Louisville tourist attractions, so we never had to drive far to visit the things we wanted to see. While there, we went to the Louisville Slugger Museum, The Kentucky Derby Museum, enjoyed a riverboat cruise, and rented a boat at Taylorsville Lake Marina to go tubing. We found the marina through the owners, and it was perfect! We also ate at Cunningham’s Creekside, another owner recommendation, and we were not disappointed. The backyard pool at the house was a hit with the whole family. We swam every day of our stay! The owners were very welcoming, and Beth was quick to reply to any questions at anytime. The house included extras other places we’ve stayed did not, and we had everything there we needed and more! The *only* downside of the house was that it’s located very close to the interstate and you can definitely hear the constant traffic, however everything else was worth dealing with the noise, and we would recommend the house as THE place to stay!

The best pool and covered deck!

Beth is a very helpful hostess and quick to respond to needs. She was helpful with our request to expand the table to seat all of our large group. The pool was wonderful and a good supply of pool toys was provided. The covered deck by the pool with the TV, was great during the heat of the day and fun for a movie night, poolside. If there was any negative, it would be the lack of kitchen cabinet space for groceries for a large group of people staying for a full week. Thanks for sharing your home!

Nice stay

This was a nice place to stay for a family get-together. Well-appointed home and the pool and outside area were great. A little tight with the closet situation, but we managed. Beth was very responsive and helpful when we needed some of the bedding changed out due to a down feather allergy.

Great home, spacious with a lovely pool. All good except it was the owner's primary home

This house was lovely and perfectly spacious for our stay that included 4 couples and 2 infant children. The pool outside was great and the location was super convenient. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and the owner was very kind. If I had to point anything negative out, all I’d say is that the check in process wasn’t ideal as the house was not entirely ready when we arrived at the appointed check in time. Also, we were not informed that the home was the owner’s primary residence. While that isn’t a deal breaker in and of itself, it comes with some downfalls such as pet hair on the carpets, unfinished laundry in the dryer and not a ton of counter space throughout the home due to the owners personal belongings still being out. Like I said, this wasn't a deal breaker for us and it wasn’t awful. It's just something we would have liked to be informed about in advance if possible. Maybe in the future, the owner could update the description to reflect this. Overall though, it was perfectly fine for our stay and we had a great weekend! Hope this is helpful!

True southern hospitality

Beth is a wonderful host! Her house is beautifully decorated and very clean. She is responsive to questions and provides more amenities than any other home I’ve rented. The pool is perfect and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need. We had a great trip!!

A getaway at someone's actual home

The property is nice and it met most of our needs. Beth was a good host and offered my family access to her personal belongings. However, my family wasn’t informed that this property is Beth’s primary residence (until we arrived and she was there) and if we had known we would of never booked this home. The challenges of staying at someone’s home begins with storage space. My family was informed not to open certain closets even though we had suitcases full of clothes. The refrigerator was not the cleanest and we had to place our items next to Beth’s groceries. The oven was dirty, which caused smoking every time it was used. The biggest concern was a noise complaint on our second day. We hadn’t played music no more than 15 min and received a warning that we would be kicked out with no refund if another complaint happened and that it came from 3 houses down. We were uncomfortable from that point forward in fear of being removed from the property and with such an aggressive threat I felt could have been addressed differently.

Beautiful home with Pool

This is a lovely home in a very nice safe neighborhood. We loved the pool of course but the longer we stayed in the home the more we loved. Beth is a fantastic host and decorator. The beds are amazing and the house has everything a family needs. The main floor has huge bedrooms and a lovely living space with very high ceilings. The finished basement is a huge bonus. One hidden bonus is the amazing internet speed.. The home is immaculate and the host is wonderful to work with. We hope to return!

Amazing Rental

I booked this rental after the previous rental I had booked canceled on me when they unexpectedly sold their house and I wish I booked this rental from the beginning. Beth was great from the flexibility on the check-in to the hospitality she showed us. Now to the house, it was incredible. It had everything a guys trip could want, from a large gathering area in the living room with a huge couch and TV to a fantastic backyard and pool, which in the southern heat was used for many hours. I know I'm leaving out multiple items in this review but there were too many to write here. In short, Beth was a great owner to deal with and she provided everything we could ever need for a fantastic weekend away.
