When we arrived and checked in there was no mention of any guest amenities not working. When we settled into or room, we discovered the internet was not working. A call to the front desk, gave us the answer, “ we are aware, IT has been called.” That evening, still no internet, different unhelpful answer. Also discovered refrigerator not functioning. Food left in the fridge had spoiled. Response was “we can move you to another room.” I am living with ALS, totally disabled - not practical at 9 PM.m
At checkout, voiced all concerns and conditions. We were told the manager would call us. 13 hours later, still waiting for a response.
Advice - check your room before you give them your money!!
