Located in the heart of Louisville's historic Highlands just steps from the best restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Completely renovated, this majestic Victorian is a perfect mix of classic charm and modern styling boasting 6 BR 3 BA, 2 kitchens and living rooms PLUS a Billiard Room. But the real WOWZA is the epic backyard retreat straight out of a 5-star resort. BBQ, Hot Tub, Chill by the Fire Pit + Games Galore!

The Property itself and Location make The Bonnycastle the absolute perfect destination for larger groups and families.

The Property - This converted duplex offers an abundance of space with two living rooms, dining rooms and kitchens. And comfort was number one priority - you will find luxurious bedding on ultra comfy mattresses. Plus, the huge private backyard oasis is perfect for grilling out or hanging by the fire pit.

The Location - Heart of the Highlands just steps off of Bardstown Rd. Walk to some of the best restaurants, bars and shopping in town!

You have private access to it all!

We had a large group comprised of 4 smaller groups. We were able to gather in the yard to socialize and grill/eat together but we also had spaces inside to visit/play games in a large group or in smaller groups. Most of our group went to Waverly Hills but the others were able to stay at the house or do their own thing. It was the perfect place for our group. We appreciated the off-street parking, outdoor space and the neighbor, the most. We hope to stay again some day!

Basketball stay

Great house in a great neighborhood. We didn’t understand it was in 3 separate units when renting it so made it a little chaotic for the entire group staying. Air conditioning in the upstairs loft was not ideal but kept things cool enough. Great backyard with lots to do.

Bourbon Trail Bachelor Party

This was a great place to host our group. The multi-level layout works well for both late night and early morning gatherings while not interrupting those that like to sleep. Great house for large family gathering

This house is lovely and great for large families. There are three floors with lots of steps so be prepared for that. The home has been redone and is beautiful. We were all comfortable and enjoyed the backyard on two lovely evenings! Thanks for a great stay!
