So, at first it was a minor thing but then things just started piling up so I started taking pictures. Initially I checked into my room and the shower rod was on the floor, and I had no shower curtain. A lovely man came and replaced it without issue. Then 5 minutes later I needed to go in/out of my room to bring in more items, my key stopped working AND a housekeeper saw that my key wasn’t working so she took hers out and let me in-no questions asked. The key was an inconvenience in itself but the housekeeper letting me in did make me feel unsafe during my stay. The toilet seat was broken, the shower flooded the whole bathroom with use, even when I had a replacement key it would take multiple attempts to open the door (the light would turn green but the door was so janky that it had difficulty opening), there was dirt and a TOENAIL CLIPPING on our floor, the cap was left on our conditioner and we had no body wash, the pool (**which was our entire reason for choosing this hotel**) was FILTHY inside and around the deck area, the zinnia flowers in the breakfast area were dead-accompanied by a view of an AC unit with no cover propped up outside of the pool area, and the hotel was EXTREMELY noisy 24/7 I am terribly disappointed with our stay, in addition, I had to change the reservation from 1 night to 2 nights-I could not get refunded for my original 1 night reservation even though I stayed at the hotel that same night PLUS another night, I paid for 3 nights of a TERRIBLE experie
