The rooms are huge. There are plenty of charging ports and outlets. Love the well-stocked kitchen and large clean bathroom with great shower pressure. Front desk and lobby staff very friendly and helpful. Parking was $18 a day, but we found it easy to find free street parking within one block, and less than 2 blocks on a busy Friday night. Breakfast was more than ample. The gym is well equipped and quite sizable.
There are a few homeless people in the area, but nothing threatening. It was easy to walk to food and bars, the waterfront park, museum row and the Big Four bridge. I don’t think I liked that the pool area was enclosed by big glass windows such that people king by on the street could see me in my swimsuit. The TVs are not Smart TVs, so you can’t stream from your Netflix, Hulu, Prime accounts, etc, but the WiFi is solid and I did watch a program on my phone. We weren’t in the room for too long anyway. Two blocks away is a nice Nulu late night convenience market, very well stocked with snacks, wine and beer too.
