Just across the Ohio River from Downtown Louisville lies historic New Albany. Because of easy accessibility to Interstate 64 and a mild commute downtown, residents of New Albany have a direct line to all of Louisville’s amenities without the higher cost of living associated with city life.
In addition to a sprawling park system, this Floyd County community is encompassed by a collection of 19th century homes and buildings. The Harvest Homecoming festival brings those near and far together for a day of celebration and fun. Located within city limits is the campus of Indiana University Southeast, along with excellent wineries, breweries, and restaurants.
In addition to having private access to your fully furnished apartment, you will also enjoy all of Stonecrest's amenities. These include off-street parking, beautifully landscaped grounds, laundry facilities, a clubhouse, a lounge, a playground, a refreshing swimming pool, and a pet-friendly dog park with a dedicated pet play area. Welcome to your home away from home! This fully furnished apartment features two comfortable bedrooms with queen-sized beds, complete with pillows, linens, night tables, and lamps. The master bedroom also includes a convenient desk and chair.
The spacious, fully stocked kitchen boasts an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, dining table, and all the essentials—pots, pans, plates, cutlery, and dish towels—for easy meal prep and dining.
Relax in the inviting living room, featuring a cozy couch, rug, mirror, TV stand with TV, coffee table, accent chair, and stylish decor. Large windows let in plenty of natural sunlight to brighten the space.
For added convenience, the apartment includes in-unit washers and dryers, and two bathrooms equipped with a toilet, full shower, sink with vanity, mirror, and fresh towels to ensure a comfortable stay.

Pet Policy:
- We have a pet limit of 2 pets per reservation.
- No aggressive breeds.
- Weight Limit 50Lb.
- We will charge a one-time non-refundable pet deposit of $250 (one time charge)
- We reserve the right to decline pets that may not be a good fit for the community.
Mid-Term Stay Prep:
We are a mid-term housing company, though we occasionally offer short-term stays. If
you’ve booked a short stay at a great rate, we’re happy to host you! However, please note:
This property is stocked for mid-term stays, so we provide only starter toiletries
(one roll of toilet paper, paper towels, and a trash bag).
Please keep this in mind and bring your own toiletries when you come.
Maintenance Access:
Annual Preventive Maintenance: Some properties have scheduled checks for
smoke detectors, HVAC filters, etc. We will notify you in advance if access is
needed.
Emergency Maintenance: If urgent repairs are required (e.g., water leaks, electrical
issues) and we cannot reach you within [X] hours, we reserve the right to enter the
unit.
Occupants & Guest Policy:
The main occupant must be listed on the reservation.
The reservation must reflect the accurate number of guests and pets.
Mailbox Access:
Mailbox access is available upon request and is not guaranteed.
Processing time: It can take up to 24 business hours to be submitted to the
property.
A refundable key deposit is required (amount: $35). This will be returned when the
key is returned.
Community Guidelines:
Respect shared spaces & amenities.
Keep noise levels low during late hours to ensure a peaceful environment for all
residents.
Dispose of garbage & recycling properly in designated areas to maintain
cleanliness.
