Hotel has good potential but lacks good customer service which was a very big let down. Long wait for check-in. No information about the hotel/amenities given on arrival, just a basic check-in, even though guest relations team was sitting right beside the reception. Dissapointed.
House keeping member knocking on our door at 9.30 PM and letting herself in "to leave towels" when we did not request nor need them. She let herself in when she didnt hear an answer. This was very annoying and suspicious. Called reception immediately to complain but was brushed off by "oh there was a delay in housekeeping service today thats why". Seriously? No. I refuse to believe this and refuse to accept it.
Not 5* standards.
