Brilliant for all reasons !
"So - when we arrived, the manager Nicolas was amazing. We were early, no problem… he gave us a newly refurbished room which whilst small was excellent. We asked about going into Bordeaux and he spend time talking us through how best to do it, where to go etc. he couldn’t do enough for us and all ..."

"Overall a great value. Staff was very helpful. Location was close to many main parts of the city. Room was spacious. Bed was a bit hard and the bathroom a bit awkward but overall a great place to stay with the family."

Very comfortable, and clean
"Arrived Bordeaux at the hottest days, almost 40 degree in June. Great to find hotel with sufficient air conditioning, and the room is spacious and clean. There are some water leaking from the shower tub, but not great matter. Great shower. The ladies there, Helen, is very helpful, even help me to ..."
