Very clean. Friendly staff. They accommodated our request of checking out a bite late and very close to Our Lady of Lourdes, plus is surrounded by many eating and shopping places. I would recommend it 100%

the hotel is very conveniently located to the Shrine and parking. Their onsite parking is very limited and despite being reserved, it was full when I arrived. However, they did assist immediately in correcting it. The breakfast is well stocked but seems chaotic which is not the fault of the hotel. The food in the restaurant was excellent (dinner). The rooms are VERY dated. The bathroom had an odour to it and you may want to wear beach shoes. The carpets in the halls and rooms are old. The rooms are small and the fan is weak. The lobby is a hotel, the rooms are a hostel or maybe a motel at best.

Enjoyed stay at the Roissy. Cleaners very efficient in mornings although just a quick clean of room. Long Hair in fridge on arrival. We had no room mirror but quickly recitified by housekeeping. Bar staff very friendly and great night staff. Reception staff do not really speak throughout week. Self service at breakfast. Enjoyed our stay in quiet area of hotel room 628.

Room was comfortable but small. The tub/shower was small so water splashed onto the floor. Front desk staff was consistently excellent.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times. The location to the basilica is perfect. The rooms are cleaned and staff are friendly. We will keep staying in this hotel and also we recommend this hotel to our friends when they visit our Lady of Lourdes.

the front desk is very helpful and accomodating. the hotel is 5 min next to sanctuaries. dining areas are plentiful

This is not a 4 star Hotel. I booked Hotel Roissy but when we arrived they said it’s under renovation and have us stayed at their Hotel Astrid Expedia didn’t notify me that Hotel Roissy is under renovation. I’m very disappointed, dissatisfied and frustrated. Limited amenities and need to ask for toilet paper, no Kleenex tissue and paper cups in the bathroom. Bathroom was not cleaned on 2nd day and it smells!! They just fix the bed and provide new towels. They will not provide bottled water on 2nd day stay only on 1st day. Breakfast is just OK but not great! The front desk said our room was upgraded but don’t see it as upgraded room only a terrace or balcony added from our room. BTW Room is very small and you can’t hardly move around. You need to wait for the other person to walk by to go to the other side of the bed. So if you’re obese I can say Good Luck in walking inside the room. I can only give one * star to this Hotel.

A place of hell in Lourdes. We booked this hotel due to AC but they switched it off. Manager called at night just to scold me saying that I called every second fr AC. She said AC is on for heating in winter. But AC is totally off, no heat air coming out. Room got separate toilet (like prison) and shower. Receptionist male always say ‘no’. We asked for room change but he said hotel is full. Such a lier. You can still book at expedia on that day with Expedia. Better go to b&b without AC would be cheaper. They are taking advantage of pilgrims flocking there and ripping us off. Notra Dame will surely punish Roissy. Housekeeper throw my paper bag (got frustrated but forgave as she is very kind and good) and after that incident, we noticed AC was usually on.
