“The staffs at the front desk are very professional and friendly. Their service is of top quality. The room is bright, clean and well furnished. It's very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the river view from the balcany. A small problem is that Hotels.com writes parking at €15/night, but the hotel said that was last year's price. They charged us €20 for parking instead. We've reminded them to inform Hotels.com to update this information. As parking fee may affect one's choice of……

“Problemas com reserva, descrição do quarto não corresponde à realidade. Reservo quarto para 2 adultos e 2 crianças, com 3 twin beds e no momento do check in quarto é para 3 pessoas e tem 3 camas single beds. para resolver o problema é cobrada uma taxa adicional, não prevista. Depois, é atribuido um quarto com cerca de 16m2 onde as camas ocupavam quase toda a área do quarto, impossível circular no quarto, apenas disponha de uma pequena janela para entrar luz e arejar o quarto.
