“This villa is amazing - perched on the hillside overlooking Parga, and a short walk down to the town and sea front. We were welcomed by Christos and his family on arrival who helped with luggage up to the villa. The climb is steep but we did it at least twice every day and you quickly get used to it. The villa was spotlessly clean and spacious. Lots of outdoor spaces offer various options to sit and lounge. The pool is a perfect size for cooling down, it’s around 5 x 8 metres and an adult can……

“The property was stunning. It had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. I was very impressed that it was thoroughly cleaned every day with fresh towels and linen provided. It was a stones throw away from the beach and local restaurants, all of which were superb. I would highly recommend this property. Parga, Preveza, Acheron and most beaches are reachable by car 30 mins or so. ”

“Beautiful new villa. The view is breath-taking. The owners are wonderful and responsive and go above and beyond to aid you in all that you will need to have a wonderful stay. We loved staying in the village above Parga. The community is so nice and you can get groceries and restaurant delivery to the villa. The hike down to Valtos Beach goes past waterfalls and mills and olive groves, fig trees and many other interesting things to see. To get to the villa, you will need to drive through the……

“The villa is lovely; very spacious bedrooms and communal areas, with lots of great spaces for relaxing and dining etc. of course, the pool and pool area is lovely. It’s location makes it feel peacefully remote, whilst still only being a short drive into town and providing easy driving access to the rest of the island. I would say a car/vehicle is necessary. Largely immaterial in the grand scheme of things, but Some room for improvements with the showers/shower heads which are a little bit……

“We loved our stay here. The pool was fantastic and the location was great. We rented a quad bike and we were never more than a few minutes drive from wherever we wanted to go. We did come at the hottest point in the summer and the AC wasn’t quite enough to combat the heat, thankfully we had the pool to cool off in!”

“Très belle maison sur les hauteurs de Gaios, dans les oliviers, très calme, avec une très belle vue. Maison bien équipée, propriétaire très gentil qui vient vous chercher au port en scooter, extérieur très agréable, literie très bien. Emplacement très bien pour rayonner sur Paxos et profiter facilement de Gaios. ”
