“Truly a phenomenal location. Close to everything but tuck away in a quiet little neighborhood. House was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids could have easily added a few more adults/kids and still been fine. Joe was a great host explained everything in great detail and was incredibly responsive. “Great adult kids getaway for our adult children. We were so lucky to find this house in the exact same area our in-laws had their house for 3 generations. The marina, Howard’s, Wawa, the bay beach and Marvels.We will be back. The “kids” want to do this again. They got to recreate some old childhood photos courtesy of this opportunity. “Our stay at Gerard's place was excellent. The location is incredible. At the very south of the island, so you are away from the hustle and bustle of town. In less than a minute walk you can be on the beach. The house has all the amenities you could want. We had 2 adults and 2 kids and it worked out for us where everyone could stay on the top floor where u have 3 bedrooms. Outdoor shower was excellent. Very roomy. Backyard area is nice too. It was also nice we could put our beach stuff……
