“Location is everything--so easily walkable to downtown (2 blocks)! We came a week before the Tulip Festival and had wonderful weather, saw beautiful tulips and had lovely pastries. Host left us pastries and drinks which was a nice touch. The house had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Clean, well stocked, it was just as the photos represented. The ramp outside was a winner as we traveled with a senior that sometimes uses a wheelchair. Host was very responsive both before we arrived and……

“You know when you book a house sometimes and you wonder if the host even knows your there? This isn’t that house. Now don’t get me wrong, we were never bothered or actual saw our host but she did communicate with us. Making sure everything was going smoothly and that we could reach her.The house was great and in a super location to some fun shops and places to eat, we would stay here again. “This was a nice home for a weekend getaway with the family. We've stayed at these homes a few times now and have had fun each time. The pool is always nice and the night skies are always spectacular. The only minor things were that it can be loud since it's mostly hard surfaces, and could have been a bit more clean before we arrived. “Great little place that had everything we needed! Nice big backyard for the dogs to enjoy. Absolutely loved the chocolate chip cookies left for us, what a pleasant surprise! Great location to everything, will definitely stay again when back in Knoxville!”

“We had such a great experience with this apartment. It's about a 20-minute walk into downtown Pella, or a quick drive. The apartment itself is well-equipped and much larger than we expected. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Plus, if you go during tulip season, there is a lovely tulip garden just across the street! The hosts are communicative and very kind. We highly recommend it for anyone traveling to Pella!”
