“House needs maintenance. It was ready when we arrived, cleaned, great location, lots of restaurants, everything worked, we had our boat, dock was good but again needed some love. Outdoor furniture needs an upgrade. All together we were happy with our stay. ”

“We loved our time on the sailboat this April! The boat was a great fit for us, and our daughter loved sleeping in a sailboat. The kayaks there allowed us to paddle and explore othr nearby canals. Abundunt fish were neat to see and catch from the boat and shore. The bathroom with shower was vital for cleaning up after swimming, and we used the adjacent large table and seating area on-shore as well. “A true beach house, great views, just the basics. Some bugs, no streaming on tv, no corkscrew or dishwasher soap so we were scrambling to meet checkout requirements the night before. Visit from maintenance was not coordinated prior to them showing up and owner gave us some back for the inconvenience ”

“The house was perfect! Very tastefully decorated and comfortable. Beach towels and beach chairs, fins and snorkels are ready to go!! Gated community and Security in the neighborhood made us feel safe. Pool and hot tub are GREAT! The canal was so relaxing. “Great alternative choice to Key West. We took the afternoon seaplane to the Dry Tortugas, but didn't want to pay the prices of Key West. Being about 45 minutes north was great. Our trip down the keys was shorter and vice versa, and traveling 45 min after the seaplane ride (with a stop for dinner) was easy, with minimal traffic.”
