“Super nice condo that is very spacious. Had Plenty of items needed such as hangers, utensils, towels, etc. Upon arrival, floors could have been cleaner - gritty and left feet black. Overall it was a great condo. ”

“We rented this house so our out of town guests could stay together for our wedding weekend. The space is terrific, and the location is perfect on the “quieter” east end of PCB. The house is beautifully situated on the beach with a lovely pool and hot tub. The property manager was kind and attentive to our needs. We highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable space to share with loved ones. ”

“We believe we have found our new favorite place on the beach. Everyone had their own space and it was nice for a change that the grandkids (ages 9 & 12) didn’t fight over rooms. The only downside was that the pool was too cold to use, but we spent a lot of time sitting outside around the pool when we had nice weather, which was most of the week. The living and dining rooms were spacious for a beach house, and the kitchen was the best stocked that we have used in all our stays. Plenty of……

“Property was good but not for large groups. Not much parking and the space was pretty small for 19 grown men. Location was pretty much centered around most wanted attractions. Upstairs A/C is not enough for the space on unit A. Just a very small window unit. Small issues were taken care of immediately by property manager. Check-in process was easy and property manager had great communication.”

“The unit was very clean and very comfortable. It is a pet friendly unit and therefore nothing fancy. Master bedroom view is worth the rental alone. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated. I cannot wait to stay again. ”

“This was the first time we chose a place in northern Florida. I think we should have probably waited another month or so for better weather. It was very cold, in the 40 degree range and made it harder to enjoy the property. The last couple days were in the 60's so it was more enjoyable.
